Living with Vision/Eye Issues

I have been suffering for 1 year now from eye dryness. My eyes always feels dry, scratchy and gritty.I also Suffer from the following symptoms: My eyes are always sensitive to light ! . I feel my eyes are sore and painful. I have problems reading, watching tv and working with a computer . My eyes always feel uncomfortable in windy conditions, places or areas with low humidity and areas that are air-conditioned !

For the past 1 year I stopped wearing eye contact lenses! I always wear my eyeglasses, but the symptoms didn`t stop.I went to several Doctors they all gave me various types of eye drops such as:- artificial tears like ” blink ” and ” artelac advanced ” .- Gels that I used at night.At first the medication was good my eyes were moistened but not enough ! but at least I thought there was progress, but when my eyes got used to these eye drops, there were no use anymore !

One of the doctors performed punctal occlusion for me. They were temporary plugs. But because I was suffering from ” reflex tears : watery type tears ” these plugs didn`t reduce my dry eye symptoms.Now other than the previous symptoms I mentioned earlier, I`m experiencing excessive tearing but these tears aren`t making my eyes feel better ! My tears are watery type and they don`t have the lubricating qualities necessary to prevent dryness .This is interfering my quality of life! I have problems studying because I have trouble keeping my eyes open and I suffer from head pain because of my eyes all the time I went to many doctors and done alot of tests such as rheumatoid or juvinile arthritis, ANCA antibodies etc. And the results were fine ! I dont have any disease.
