Double Vision from hyperactive thyroid

After approximately one year of treatment with 50mg of prednisone, and ten sessions of radiation treatments, two leading doctors in the area said they had done all the could for me. That said, I still have double vision. Prizm glasses did not correct the problem. I am learning to live with it but it is not easy. the above problem occurred after my hyperactive thyroid was stabilized by me taking a radioactive iodine pill. I would appreciate the solutions anybody with a similar problem has tried that worked to solve the problem. I reiterate living with the double vision is not easy.
